The Vestry of St. Paul's comprises 15 individuals elected by the parish to serve three year terms. Vestry persons are responsible for leadership in the parish; they chair most of the committees, help implement policy and work hard to attain the goals set out by the group as a whole.

The Senior Warden, elected for a three year term, is the chief lay official of the parish and works closely with the Rector as a planner, organizer and advisor. The Junior Warden, elected yearly by the Vestry, has chief responsibility for the oversight of the physical plant.
